Mexican Journal of Biotechnology

Mexican Journal of Biotechnology is an online journal jointly published by the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala and the International Scientific Society of Biotechnologists (SOCIBI). It is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal with no article processing charges (APC), published quarterly (issues 1, 2, 3, and 4). Mex J Biotechnol was published on a biannual basis in 2016 and 2017. It is indexed in Scopus, EBSCO, Latindex, Periodica, and CRMCYT-CONACYT (SECIHTI) Mexico. Mex J Biotechnol considers original research, review articles (which must be written by experts in the field), and short communications in all areas of Biotechnology for publication. Papers can be written in either English or Spanish, with the title, abstract, and keywords provided in both languages.
